Robert Oliver has extensive civil trial experience in both State Superior Courts and in Federal District Courts. Mr. Oliver has defended construction defect, premises liability, construction site accidents, directors and officers liability, general liability, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, racial discrimination, and catastrophic injury cases as well as practicing business litigation involving such matters as breach of contract, and the assertion and defense of business torts. He has also litigated matters involving the defense of professional liability matters against physicians, environmental liability, attorneys, design professionals, and insurance and real estate brokers.

Mr. Oliver received his undergraduate degree from Whittier College. He received his legal education from the Loyal Law School with he was awarded Order of the Coif and editor of the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Oliver is a member of the California State Bar and is also admitted to all the federal district courts in California.
