Eric J. Schindler is an experienced litigator with expensive trial and appellate experience in the areas of insurance coverage, professional liability, employment liability defense, general liability, product defect defense, commercial vehicle defense, and construction litigation. Mr. Schindler has defended contractors, and developers in construction litigation, directors and officers in shareholder suits and against claims by bankruptcy trustees, products manufacturers against claims for product defects ranging from inadequate warning to negligent design and manufacturing, property owners against environmental liability claims, and insurance and real estate brokers against claims of professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.

Mr. Schindler is featured in Forbes January 16, 2012, Southern California Legal Profiles of Insurance, and Business Trial Attorneys. He taught as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy as Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles California, and regularly speaks and publishes for state bar associations and continuing legal education conferences in California.

Mr. Schindler was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but currently calls Irvine, California his home. He graduated from Louisiana State University magna cum laude with a degree in Philosophy. Mr. Schindler obtained his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Schindler is admitted to the California and Louisiana state bars. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
