Mr. Phillips is an experienced litigator and has tried over 48 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Phillips has extensive litigation experience in the areas of general liability/casualty, employment liability defense, environmental liability, professional liability directors and officers liability, insurance, premises liability, construction, construction defect, construction site accidents, business litigation, products liability and personal injury. Mr. Phillips also advises his clients in these areas of law.
Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Chapman University with a degree in Economics. He graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where he received his law degree, and was the editor of the law review.
